- Conduct outreach and education to gain members and improve the public stewardship of open space in Ayer
- Improve the mapping and signage of Ayer's openspaces
- Compile an inventory of rivers, streams, plant and animal life
- Creation of Pocket Parks
- Establish a Stream Team to help monitor waterways in Ayer
