SeeClickFix
SeeClickFix allows you to mark specific places on a map of Ayer that will help identify problems and repairs that you believe need to be fixed in our town. Clicking on a place that is in need of repair allows you to fill in a brief note and will automatically email the DPW.
Please note that clicking and identifying a repair does not always mean we (the DPW) can fix that particular problem due to jurisdiction, budgets constraints, and other concerns, however alerting us to an issue will allow us to prioritize and escalate repairs, and also be knowledgeable about community needs and concerns.
How to mark a repair that is
needed
- Navigate to the place that you believe needs repairs on the map below. Use the controls in the upper left corner to move the map around the window or zoom in and out. When you've found the right spot, click on it.
- A form will pop up to be filled out, be sure to include as many details as you can. If you have a photo, please upload it. Click "Save". This will send the form information to the DPW.
- You can add information to an existing issue report by clicking on its marker. This will allow the DPW to know that more than one person has issue with the place.
