Free Screened Loam for Residents

The Ayer DPW has screened loam from our compost pile available for use by Ayer residents. The loam pile is located in the DPW yard (25 Brook Street) next to the salt shed. DPW hours are Monday thru Friday, 7:30 to 3:30. 1 cubic yard maximum per resident, no contractors please. Bring your own shovel and containers.
