Public Meeting - Dog Park Design

COMMUNITY MEETING  AYER DOG PARK

The Town of Ayer is holding a public meeting to get  public input on the design of our proposed dog park.

We are excited to be moving forward with the design and construction of a new dog park at a site on Snake Hill Road. The project is funded by a generous grant from the Stanton Foundation

Here are the proposed plans for the project:

• Two separate fenced play areas (One for larger dogs and one for smaller dogs)
• The facility will span about 1 acre
• Amenities could include shade structures, benches, water stations and play structures

The public meeting will provide Ayer residents with the opportunity to hear information regarding the site, design concepts and amenities. Public input is important to make sure the dog park is safe, successful and enjoyable for all residents.
