The Ayer Board of Selectmen voted February 19, 2013, to combine the Ayer Annual Town Election with the Special Senate Primary Election. The combined election date is Tuesday, April 30, 2013, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, at Ayer Town Hall, Great Hall, 1 Main St Ayer, Massachusetts.

The last day to register to vote for the Ayer Annual Town Election, the Special Senate Primary Election, and the Annual Town Meeting is Wednesday, April 10, 2013, 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, at the Ayer Town Hall, Town Clerk Office, 1 Main St Ayer, Massachusetts.

The last day to request nomination papers for the Ayer Annual Town Election is Friday, March 8, 2013, at 5 PM. The last day to submit nomination papers for the Ayer Annual Town Election is Monday, March 11, 2013. Nomination papers can be requested from and submitted to the Ayer Town Hall, Town Clerk Office, 1 Main St Ayer, Massachusetts
