The Ayer Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, at 6:15 PM on Thursday May 5, 2016 at Ayer Town Hall, to consider the Application for Approval of Definitive Plan known as "Riley Jayne Farm'. Plan dated April, 2016. The location is 114 Pleasant Street in Ayer. Assessor's Map: Map 12, Lot 1 & 106 and Map 13, Lot 9. The application is dated April 20, 2016. The applicant proposes to develop 16 units of housing on approximately 44 acres. The land is zoned Residence A-2. A copy of the application will be on file by April 20, 2016 at the Town Clerk's Office.
