The Ayer Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 2, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. at Ayer Town Hall, I Main St., Ayer, MA. The applicant, Ayer Solar II, LLC, requested a Site Plan Review for an application dated February 9, 2017, for property off Washington Street Groton Road, Ayer, MA, Map 13, 13 and 12, Parcel 1, 2 and l respectively. The applicant proposes the development of a solar photovoltaic generation facility using ground mounted solar panels. A copy of the application will be on file in the Ayer Town Clerk's Office and Planning Office, Town Hall, 1 Main St., Ayer, MA, weekdays during normal business hours.
