Mission Statement:
The Ayer Shirley Education Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that is supported by donations from individuals, businesses and organizations committed to improving the quality of education in the Ayer Shirley Regional School District. Through a granting process, the Ayer Shirley Education Foundation disperses the tax-deductible donations to create specific new programs and professional training aimed at enriching the education of the students in the region.

Mission Statement:
APAC provides access, training and assistance in the production and cable casting of television and bulletin board multimedia content. These Public Access capabilities and privileges are available to all residents and organizations of Ayer. The central focus and goal of APAC is simply to provide the most direct means for a user to place multimedia content on cable.

Mission Statement:
“Friends” is an active and vital organization within the Nashoba Valley Medical Center. The “Friends” mission involves promoting Nashoba Valley Medical Center (NVMC) to the community at large and assisting the hospital in any way deemed advisable. Major functions of the “Friends includes managing and staffing the Gift Shop, overseeing the “Plants for Patients” program, participating in special events and in promoting goodwill between NVMC and the community.

The “Friends” also conduct fundraising activities for the purpose of awarding scholarships to high school students studying for a career in healthcare and to conduct Outreach Programs for citizens in the communities they serve.

Participation in the “Friends of NVMC” is open to all residents of the surrounding communities and no person shall be denied participation on the basis of sex, age, race, creed, color or national origin, or on the basis of any other criterion lacking rational justification.

Mission Statement:
The Tyler Foundation’s mission is to financially support families of children with a brain malformation resulting in seizures that are being treated at Boston Children’s Hospital and UMASS Medical Center. We provide financial assistance with meals, parking, hotel costs, gas, and medical and therapy equipment that insurance doesn’t cover.

World Computer Exchange - Hull, MA

World Computer Exchange’s mission is to bridge the digital divide for the world’s poorest youth by collecting donated, working computers and building the capacity of schools and youth organizations in developing countries to connect and maintain them. By re utilizing computer equipment, we help the environment by keeping computers out of landfills.

WCE- Boston is a group of volunteers in the greater Boston area who help to raise funds as well as gather, test and pack donated computers that are sent overseas to schools and community organizations with approved plans to implement an ICT project.
