Honor Flight New England

Update - July 19, 2012

There will be two more Honor Flights to Washington, DC, this year.  They are scheduled as follows:

  • September 23, 2012 - Logan Airport - 25 World War II Veterans
  • October 14, 2012 - Logan Airport - Chartered the entire Southwest 137 Seat Aircraft

​These flights will transport veterans that are on the waiting list.

It is estimated that over 1,000 World War II Veterans die each day!

Honor Flight New England is a New Hampshire based non-profit organization with one goal--to take as many New England World War II Veterans or terminally ill Veterans of any war to the World War II Memorial in Washington, DC at no cost to the veteran.  Since its inception in 2009 they have completed 22 flights and transported 619 Veterans!
