The Town of Ayer is pleased to offer Notary Services to residents free of charge.  Unfortunately, we are unable to process real estate transactions.

Please call ahead to make an appointment and bring a valid Government-Issued ID. 

Do not sign the document ahead of time. 

If you paperwork states you need a witness in addition to a Notary, please bring a witness with you.
