NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

RE: Sandy Pond School Association Restoration Project

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L.) Chapter 44B (Community Preservation), that the Ayer Community Preservation Committee (CPC) will hold a Public Hearing at Town Hall (first floor meeting room), 1 Main Street, Ayer, Massachusetts on Wednesday April 4, 2018 at 6:15 pm. The purpose of this meeting will be to review the application from the Sandy Pond School Association for CPA Funds to support the priority structural restoration of the National Historic building located at the corner of Sandy Pond, Willow, and Westford Roads.

All residents, members of the general public, and any person(s) desiring to listen to the discussions or be heard on the matter of Community Preservation may appear at the time and place indicated.
