Habitat for Humanity - Central Ave Duplex

Ayer CPC funds were again used, in 2015, by Habitat for Humanity North Central Massachusetts, this time for the construction of an affordable duplex.  Like the Shirley Street Habitat project, this duplex is also close to downtown Ayer, its local businesses and the commuter train into Boston. CPA funds requested $100,000.
