The Town of Ayer is accepting sealed bids for DPW Administration Building Electrical Service.  The work includes installing underground electrical service from the Main Wastewater Pumping Station to the new DPW Administration Building, currently under construction. Ayer DPW will perform all excavation, bedding, backfill and restoration.

Copies of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) package will be available beginning Monday, February 26, 2018 at the Ayer Department of Public Works, 25 Brook Street, Ayer, Massachusetts 01432 between the hours of 7:30 A.M. – 3:30 P.M, or from the Town’s web site www.Ayer.ma.us and will be available until submission deadline. Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 14,2018 to the Ayer Department of Public Works, 25 Brook Street, Ayer, MA 01432. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Bids will be publicly opened after submission deadline. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
