2018 Ayer Dog Licenses Now Available

Dog Tags can be obtained in office of the Town Clerk, printing a form from our website and mailing in, or requesting and paying online.

All dogs six months and older are required to be licensed every calendar year. To purchase an Ayer dog license, the following is needed:

  • A completed dog license application form
  • Proof of a current rabies certificate
  • Proof of dog being neutered or spayed, if applicable
  • Payment of the applicable fee

A $10.00 late payment fee applies to the issuance of an Ayer dog license after March 31, 2018.  Residents over the age of 70 are waived the fee for dogs per Town Meeting vote on 10/24/2016.

Dog Tags are due by March 31, 2018 to avoid the $10 late fee!
