East Main Street Reconstruction Public Hearing

A Design Public Hearing will be held by MassDOT to discuss the proposed Improvements on East Main Street (Route 2A), from Harvard Road to Elm Street in Ayer, MA.  Public Hearing Notice

WHERE: Ayer Town Hall - Great Hall, One Main Street, Ayer MA

WHEN: Tuesday October 17, 2017  6:30pm

PURPOSE: The purpose of this hearing is to provide the public with the opportunity to become fully acquainted with the proposed Improvements on East Main Street (Route 2A). All views and comments made at the hearing will be reviewed and considered to the maximum extent possible.

The purpose of this project is to construct safety and multimodal improvements along a 3200 linear foot segment of East Main Street (Route 2A) between Harvard Road and Elm Street. The intent of the project is to provide improved safety and accessibility for bicyclists, pedestrians and motorists traveling through this corridor.
