New Online Payment Option

This is a friendly reminder that Real Estate, Personal Property, MLC requests and Excise tax bills can be paid online at https://unipaygold.unibank.com/customerinfo.aspx .    There is a $.25 fee for paying by e-check.  You will need your routing and account number.

We have added a Miscellaneous payment option for bills that are past due and no longer available in the regular bill look up. 

To use the MISCELLANEOUS option:

  • Please email us at TAX@Ayer.ma.us for an up to date amount due. 
  • Then go to the link provided above OR on the towns website under online payments,  Collector and select MISCELLANEOUS PAYMENTS
  • Type in the dollar amount provided by the Tax Collectors office
  • Type in what you are paying, (Excise, Real Estate, Personal Property)
  • Under comments note the bill number and year as provided by the Tax Collectors office
  • Procced to Checkout
  • You will be able to email yourself a receipt and print it.

As always, bills can be left in the secure drop box outside the Columbia Street entrance of Town Hall and/or mailed to 1 Main Street, Ayer, MA 01432

If you would like us to mail a receipt to you, please include your portion of the bill and make a note letting us know.  We will gladly stamp the receipt and mail it back to you.
