Pirone Park Perimeter Path Project

The Town of Ayer is seeking bids for the "Pirone Park Perimeter Path" project.
Sealed Bids for the General Contract will be received from General Contractors for construction of the Pirone Park Perimeter Path at the Ayer Department of Public Works Office, 25 Brook Street, Ayer, MA 01432 until 2:00 PM on Wednesday May 2, 2018 and at that time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work involves construction of a recreational path at Pirone Park. The time for completion of this contract is 60 calendar days. The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M. Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions to Bidders.
