The proposed Zoning Bylaw will be considered by Ayer voters at a Special Town Meeting on Monday March 19, 2018. The last day to register to vote at Town Meeting is Friday, March 9, 2018.
The proposed Ayer Zoning Bylaw for consideration at the March 19, 2018 Town Meeting is linked below. A table listing the changes made from the earlier version of the Bylaw, which was the subject of the Planning Board’s October 5, 2017 Public Hearing, as continued until February 15, 2018, is included. The updated proposed Ayer Zoning Bylaw was the subject of the Planning Board’s February 15, 2018 Public Hearing, which is being continued to March 1, 2018.
