Public Hearing - Adoption of Master Plan

The Ayer Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, in the Selectmen's Meeting Room at the Ayer Town Hall to adopt a new Master Plan, which is the policy document guiding planning, development and land protection in the town. The chapters of the new Ayer Master Plan include an Executive Summary, Land Use, Resources and Open Space, Housing, Economic Development, Transportation, Infrastructure, Municipal Services and an Implementation Plan.
Copies of the proposed Master Plan can be found in the offices of the Ayer Town Clerk and Planning Department at the Ayer Town Hall, One Main St. Ayer, Massachusetts, as well as on the Town of Ayer's website.
