Second quarter Real Estate and Personal Property bills are coming due 11/01/2021.
Did you know that you can now pay tax bills online by going to www.ayer.ma.us and selecting Online Payments located in the Citizen Action Center ?
If paying Real Estate or Personal Property Bills you can look up your bills by selecting “To search for your bill – click here”.
You can view a copy of the actual bill mailed to you by selecting Continue and then View Bill.
The fee to pay a bill using e-check is $.50. This is less than a postage stamp and you get an instant receipt
