Executive Bi-Board

The Executive Bi-Board is an advisory board charged with reviewing, discussing, and making advisory recommendations to the Select Board, Finance Committee, and Town Administration regarding the municipal budget and all municipal finance matters.  The Executive Bi-Board consists of a Selectman, Finance Committee Chair, Town Manager, Assistant Town Manager, Finance Manager, and Treasurer/Tax Collector.  The Executive Bi-Board meets periodically at the Ayer Town Hall and all meetings are open to the public and subject to the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law.
