The Ayer Community Garden is a green space for cultivation of fresh vegetables, herbs and flowers where residents can learn and grow together.
- The Garden provides an opportunity for all members of our community to enjoy the health benefits of spending time outdoors while adding fresh produce to their diets, as well as experiencing a sense of accomplishment from growing vegetables, herbs and flowers.
- As a community-gathering place, the Garden focuses on educating Ayer residents of all ages about sustainable gardening and healthy eating.
- The Garden has contributed to the betterment of the town by transforming unused land into a beautiful green space where a sense of community is fostered.
- As the gardening community grows, additional beds and sites may be created to meet the needs of the broader community.
