Fertilizer Use Bylaw Draft

In an effort to better protect Ayer’s water resources, the Ayer Conservation Commission will be submitting a bylaw restricting the use of phosphorous and nitrogen bearing fertilizers before Fall Town Meeting voters.  In advance of this, a Public Hearing to review the draft bylaw will be held at the Commission’s regular meeting, at 7 p.m., on September 23, 2021.  Questions and comments from residents will be welcome, either in person at the Hearing or via email to concom@ayer.ma.us.
