IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - DETOUR

Groton Harvard Road, between East Main Street and Central Avenue will be CLOSED to through traffic from August 2 thru 4 between 7 AM to 5 PM in order to complete the water main construction project. Seek alternate routes.
East Main Street will remain open. Access to local traffic and emergency vehicles will be allowed but could be delayed.
The detour will be:
- Westbound - Sandy Pond Road, at the Rotary, along Central Ave to Groton Harvard Road
- Eastbound - Columbia Street to Central Avenue to Groton Harvard Road.
There will be signs indicating the road closures and detour route. Police officers will be on site to direct traffic.
The Ayer DPW apologizes for any inconvenience that this causes.
