Classification Study for AFSCME Town Hall 93 Clerical Union Employees
The Ayer Town Administrator invites qualified consultants “Consultant” to respond to a request for a proposal and price quote for a Classification, Compensation Study and Creation of Clerical Union Pay Grid for Town Hall Clerical union (“Union”) employees of the Town of Ayer. The study will include 15 positions (All positions are listed in Appendix A “Position and Wage Matrix”). The process of selecting a consultant shall be conducted under MGL Ch. 30B with respect to sound business practices and in consideration of qualifications, and proposed price quote. The Town Administrator reserves the right to reject any and all responses not in the best interest of the Town, at his discretion. Responses must be received in the Town Administrator’s office no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday December 6, 2017.
