Specimen Ballot

Important Dates

  • The last day to obtain nomination papers is Friday, March 17, 2023 at 12:00pm
  • The last day to submit nomination papers is Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 5:00pm
  • The last day to submit Warrant Articles to the Select Board and Citizen's Petitions to the Town Clerk's office is Friday, March 31, 2023 at 12:00pm
  • The last day to submit ballot questions to the Town Clerk is Tuesday April 4, 2023 at 5:00pm
  • The last day to register to vote for both Annual Town Meeting and Annual Town Election is Friday, April 14, 2023 at 5:00pm
  • The last day to request an absentee or vote by mail ballot, by mail, for Annual Town Election is Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 5:00pm
  • The last day to request an absentee ballot, in person, for Annual Town Election is Monday, May 8, 2023 at 12:00pm Click here for all information regarding Absentee Voting by mail
  • The Annual Town Meeting is being held on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 7:00pm in the Auditorium of the Ayer Shirley Regional High School
