Please join us to celebrate the official opening of the Nashua River Trail and Pollinator Meadow within the Oxbow National Wildlife Refuge along MacPherson Road in Devens/Ayer on Wednesday, November 4th, at 4PM. We will meet at the junction of MacPherson Road and Bishop Road. The Nashua River Trail project facilitates the only access to the Nashua River within the boundaries of Ayer. Numerous community and business members contributed to the planting and maintenance of the pollinator meadow, and we are pleased to express our appreciation through this public event.
We are grateful to our partners in Ayer, Devens, and the Oxbow National Wildlife Refuge, as well as funding from a community grant from the Nashua Rivers Wild & Scenic Stewardship Council which made this project possible.
