The 3rd Quarter FY19 Real Estate & Personal Property Taxes are Due Thursday February 1, 2019.

We Offer several ways to pay your Real Estate, Personal Property & Motor Vehicle Excise Tax:
Drop off your payment 24/7 at the Town Hall – place your payment in the mail slot to the left of the Columbia Street doors. Checks only please payable to: Town of Ayer
Online via Unipay – From the Town of Ayer website: Online Payments. You can pay with an electronic check, credit or debit card. There is a transaction fee of $0.25 for electronic checks; the convenience fee for using credit or debit cards is calculated based on the amount of the bill.
Mail your check using the envelope and Coupon provided. Please keep your portion of the Coupon for your records
Please note we do not accept postmarks and will process bills as the date they are received
If you use your banks bill pay feature, please take into account their processing and mail time
Walk-in to Town Hall during public hours:
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8am-4pm
Tuesday, 8am-7pm.
Friday, 8am - 1pm
