Ayer Citizen Planners Take the Design Lead

Advocates Building & Depot Square Visioning

How could a re-purposed Advocates Building serve to generate greater Downtown Ayer residential and mercantile investment, activity and enjoyment? 

How could a re-purposed Advocates Building be best positioned to add value and potential for dynamic redevelopment of the private properties surrounding it in Depot Square & all Downtown Ayer?

Ayer Great Hall will be transformed into a “Public Design Studio”, we will join together for Site Design Walks (Mobile Workshop), and we will engage in an energized front-end “Open Source” idea exchange and re-purposing concept “Jam Session”.   This will not be another meeting or presentation; this is a Happening.  For additional information and details, please contact Alan S.
