Pre-Lien Notification

Every fall the Department of Public Works removes past due balances of water and sewer charges that are six months old or older from your account at the D.P.W. and the delinquent amount is added to your third quarter real estate tax bill.  Please make every effort to pay your past due water and/or sewer bill prior to November 15, 2019 in order to avoid the lien process, the fee associated with it, and the potential interruption of your water service.
