Real Estate & Personal Property First Quarter Taxes Due

FY24 1st Quarter Real Estate / Personal Property Tax bills are due August 1, 2023 

FY24 First and Second Quarter Real Estate/Personal Property Tax bills have been mailed. First quarter bills are due by Tuesday August 1, 2023. Cash, check and credit/debit card payments accepted at the counter during Town Hall hours, (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm; Tuesday 8:00am – 6:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm).

For your after-hours convenience, we have a secure Tax Collector drop box located outside the Columbia Street entrance to Town Hall for checks only. Make checks payable to the “Town of Ayer.”

You can search for and pay your bill online using UNIPAY. Payments are accepted by e-check, debit card or credit card. Click here for Online Payments and select Collector.
