Real Estate & Personal Property Third Quarter Taxes Due

FY24 3rd Quarter Real Estate / Personal Property Tax bills are due February 1, 2024 

FY24 First and Second Quarter Real Estate/Personal Property Tax bills have been mailed. First quarter bills are due by Thursday February 1, 2024. Cash, check and credit/debit card payments accepted at the counter during Town Hall hours, (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm; Tuesday 8:00am – 6:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm).

For your after-hours convenience, we have a secure Tax Collector drop box located outside the Columbia Street entrance to Town Hall for checks only. Make checks payable to the “Town of Ayer.”

You can search for and pay your bill online using UNIPAY. Payments are accepted by e-check, debit card or credit card. You can find the Online Payments link on the Town website.  Select Online Payments, Collector.
