Ayer’s Draft Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) for Public Review

The Ayer DPW has drafted the Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) as required by the Town’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit. The SWMP is the document used by the Town to describe and detail the activities and measures that will be implemented to meet the terms and conditions of the MS4 Permit. The SWMP is a “living” document that will be updated throughout the Permit term to effectively implement the Town’s MS4 Permit requirements.

Public input will be valuable to the implementation of the Town’s MS4 Permit requirements. The Draft SWMP has been located here for public review and comment. The comment period will last through Wednesday, June 19, 2019.
