Senior Center Feasability Study RFQ

The Town of Ayer invites qualified consultants “Consultant” to respond to a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for a Senior Center Feasibility Study. The study will include the site evaluation, site analysis, program study and cost analysis of building a new facility or identifying a current building and retrofitting to meet needs of the Senior Center. According to the Ayer Master Plan, the senior population is 1,200 people; this figure represents approximately 17% of the population. The initial contract award will not exceed $30,000.
