Town Offices to Close at 1pm (Feb. 1) Due To Impending Winter Storm

Due to the current weather forecast for the impending winter storm, the Town Offices at the Ayer Town Hall will close at 1pm today. All public safety essential operations will not be interrupted. Significant snowfall is expected to start early afternoon with the heaviest accumulation occurring between 2pm and 8 pm. Motorists are urged to stay off the roads during that time and allow plows to clear main lines and secondary streets. If you must be on the road, use extreme caution and keep a safe distance from other vehicles and snow equipment.
