West Main Street Trench Paving

On Tuesday, July 25th, The Ayer Department of Public Works (DPW) and its Contractor, Davenport & Sons, will pave the areas excavated during the recent emergency sewer repair work on West Main Street.
The work location is on the roadway of West Main Street, across from the Fire Department’s parking lot.
Work will take place between 7 AM and 3 PM. Delay should be expected when traveling toward the intersection of West Main Street, Main Street, Park Street, and Mill Street during these hours.
West Main Street will be open to one lane of alternating traffic between Mechanic Street and Main Street. Uniformed police officers will be directing traffic in this location.
