Notice for Public Comment
In accordance with Town of Ayer Bylaw XLV Street Opening and Driveway Accessway Permits, the Ayer Department of Public Works has prepared draft regulations for the administration and procedures of this bylaw. The draft regulations are available for review and comment. Copies may be viewed / downloaded below or by mail / email request from the Department of Public Works mwetzel@ayer.ma.us 978-772-8240.
