The Ayer Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 12th, 2016, at 7 p.m. at Ayer Town Hall, 1 Main Street, Ayer, MA regarding the petition of Riley Jane Farm, LLC filing a Notice of Intent (NOI), regarding a proposed subdivision called Riley Jane Farm, at the northern end of Pleasant Street. The subdivision as proposed would require construction of a roadway, 14 dwellings, and associated utility and drainage construction. The parcels where the work would take place possess wetlands protected by the Wetlands Protection Act, and the Ayer Wetland Protection Bylaw.  Location: 114 Pleasant Street. (Assessors Map: 12 & 13, Lot: 1 & 106 (map 12); 9 (map 13)) Ayer, MA 01432. The Ayer Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 12th, 2016, at 7 p.m. at Ayer Town Hall, 1 Main Street, Ayer, MA regarding the petition of Calco, LLC filing a Notice of Intent (NOI), regarding a proposed single lot residential subdivision roadway access, at the eastern terminus of Rosewood Ave., in Ayer, MA. The roadway as proposed would require construction of a gravel roadway, stream crossing culverts, and limits of work associated with proposed construction. The area where the work would take place possesses Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, Riverfront Area, and Land Subject to Flooding protected by the Wetlands Protection Act, and the Ayer Wetland Protection Bylaw.  Location: Eastern Terminus of Rosewood Ave. (Assessors Map: 3, Parcel: 50) Ayer, MA 01432. The public is invited to attend.  Copies of the application may be reviewed at the Conservation Office (978-772-8249) by appointment.
