The Ayer Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, April 14th, 2016, at 7 p.m. at Ayer Town Hall, 1 Main Street, Ayer, MA regarding the petition of S.J. Mullaney Engineering, Inc., on behalf of Crabtree Development LLC, filing a Request for Amendment to Orders of Conditions. The Conditions in question regard the methods used to prevent expansion of the yard into the adjacent wetlands. Location: 37 Hemlock Dr., DEP # 100-0355. The public is invited to attend.
