The Ayer Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Thursday, April 28th, 2016, at 7 p.m. at Ayer Town Hall, 1 Main Street, Ayer, MA regarding the petition of Brent Routhier filing a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) regarding whether the excavation of a trench along route 2A within a wetland buffer for the purposes of running a two inch sewer pipe is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act, or the Ayer Wetland Protection Bylaw. Location: 138 Littleton Rd. (Assessors Map/Plat #: 36-199, Lot: 0-1) Ayer, MA 01432. The public is invited to attend.
