The Contractor will be milling West Main Street from the Verbeck Gate to Sculley Road. The process involves a pavement milling machine that grinds the existing asphalt down to a lower depth. The milling is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 11th and is anticipated to be completed on or before Wednesday April 13th. The road will be open to one lane of travel during the work and will be reopened at the end of each workday.
After the milling process is complete, asphalt ramps will be installed at driveways to maintain access.
During construction, there will be varying road conditions. Please travel with caution.
Police details will be onsite to direct traffic and construction signage will be in place.
