Article 11

Article 11:  Capital Budget Requests (Borrow Article):  This Article authorizes the Town to borrow $4,292,565 for the various capital requests listed in Article 11.  Per the Town’s Capital Planning Policy, any capital request more than $40,000 is recommended to be borrowed for.
