Article 13

Article 13:  Capital Budget Requests (Borrow Article):  This Article would authorize the Town to borrow $998,238 for the various capital requests listed in Article 13.  Per the Town’s Capital Planning Policy, any capital request more than $50,000 is recommended to be borrowed for.
