Article 26:  TIF (Tax Increment Finance Agreement) for Catania Spagna:  This Article would authorize the TIF (Tax Increment Financing Agreement) for Catania Spagna as approved by the Select Board on March 16, 2021.  The TIF Agreement and all supporting materials can be found here.  A brief presentation will be made at Town Meeting.
