Article 28

Article 28:  Affordable Housing Trust Bylaw:  This Article would create the Affordable Housing Trust Bylaw (the Affordable Housing Trust was authorized by the October 2020 Special Town Meeting) which sets forth the governance of the Affordable Housing Trust as developed by the Ayer Affordable Housing Committee.  More information can be found at www.ayer.ma.us/townmeeting.
