Article 30:  NPDES Phase II Stormwater Bylaw Amendment:  This Article would amend the NPDES Phase II Stormwater Bylaw to meet the regulatory requirements of the Town’s MS4 Permit and make changes to the land disturbance thresholds to better protect water quality in the Town .  More information can be found at www.ayer.ma.us/townmeeting.
