Article 31:  Illicit Discharge to Municipal Storm Drain System Bylaw Amendment:  This Article would amend the Stormwater Bylaw to meet the regulatory requirements of the MS4 Permit with respect to the Town’s storm drain system and illicit discharges.  More information can be found at www.ayer.ma.us/townmeeting.
