Lease of Land for Wireless Communications Facility

The Town of Ayer, Massachusetts, is soliciting proposals from qualified entities for a 10-year lease, with two successive 5-year renewal options for a total lease period of 20 years, on a portion of Department of Public Works land on Brook Street for the purpose of operating and maintaining an existing Wireless Communications Facility or to construct, operate, and maintain a new Wireless Communications Facility. The land is located at the Ayer DPW Yard, 25 Brook Street, identified on Ayer Assessors Map 26, Parcel 10.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents and specifications are available on the Town's website procurement page at: www.ayer.ma.us/bids and in the Office of the Select Board, Town Hall, 1 Main Street, Ayer, MA 01432 between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday); 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Tuesday) and 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Friday.

Proposals will be accepted until 12:00 PM on Friday March 25, 2022 at the Office of the Ayer Select Board/Town Manager. The Ayer Select Board is the awarding authority. The Town of Ayer reserves the right to cancel this RFP and to reject any or all proposals if cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the Town of Ayer.
