INVITATION FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for 20FAC01 Replace Town Hall Chiller will be received at the Office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, One Main Street, Ayer, MA 01432 until the time specified below at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
Specifications and bid forms may be obtained on-line at www.ayer.ma.us/bids and at the Office of the Town Manager Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8:00 AM - 4 PM; Tuesday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Bids will be opened in the Office of the Town Manager on Wednesday July 10, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, CASH, or, CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price.
