The Ayer ZBA will conduct a public hearing at 6:05 PM on Wednesday April 17, 2019 at the Ayer Town Hall located at 1 Main Street Ayer, MA 01432 regarding the application by Ali Beyranevand, 21 E. Main Street, Ayer, MA.   Applicant is seeking 3 variances to convert garage to one bedroom apartment on a preexisting nonconforming property, pursuant to Ayer Zoning Bylaw (2018, as amended October 22, 2018) 6.2 Dimensional Requirements to allow for 5^th housing unit, where 3 is allowed by right; to allow for 11.7’ setback, where 25’ is required; and from 9.1.5.C.2 to allow parking to the lot line, where 10’ setback is required.
